About NosyDock
NosyDock is a trading name used by a UK sole trader. You can reach us through our contact form. These terms apply to the NosyDock website, account, research tools and report orders.
Accounts and free research
You must be at least 18 to use the service. You may create an account and use the available free research tools. Keep your sign-in access secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Free previews are estimates based on the selected product codes, countries and dates. Saving a selection does not place or pay for an order.
Reports and payment
Before ordering, you can review the report scope, estimated record count and quoted USD price. You must confirm the order and pay before we prepare the paid report. Where offered, Polar handles online checkout and shows the final amount, including any applicable tax or discount. The report is made available in My Reports when it has been retrieved, reviewed and published. We do not promise a fixed delivery time unless we agree one with you separately.
If you need to cancel or dispute an order, use the contact form. Refunds and cancellation rights are handled under applicable law and the terms shown at checkout. Nothing here removes your statutory rights.
What the data means
Reports contain third-party customs observations. Coverage, dates and fields vary by market and source. A recorded importer is not necessarily the buyer, similar company names may appear separately, and a record does not prove a separate purchase or future buying interest. Use the data as research evidence and verify important conclusions independently. We do not guarantee a complete market census or sales results.
Permitted use
You may use your report and its CSV export for your own lawful business research, including in your internal tools. Do not resell or publish the underlying records as a data product, misuse personal information, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorised access. You are responsible for how you use downloaded data.
Changes and account access
We may update the service or these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons. You can request account closure through the contact form; some order and payment records may need to be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. For questions, use our contact form.
